1st shift production Supervisor (Bilingual)

RFO: Current hire there since July, but underperforming-was just let go
Salary: $80-$90K (employee just let go was at $90K)
5% 401K match
Vacation can be negotiated but policy is 1 week in 1st year, 2 weeks at start of year 2, 3 weeks after 5 years.
Process: Resumes to Tom only! (prior POC at 4front)
Hours: shift starts at 6am; supervisor at 5:30am to layover from night shift, ending around 3pm. Saturdays as needed

Needs to be bi-lingual Spanish, 80-90k salary, background in 5S Continuous Improvement, 5-7 years experience. Candidates can ONLY be sent to Tom Dachowski and Jay Czuk at this point. Interview process will be decided by them. Must pass a drug and background check + plan on a physical upon hire. Dirty and loud manufacturing environment, but they are growing a good clip. New Customers. Demand is there. Adding new lines. Building out free space in the warehouse. Have the room to grow. Hours are 5:30am - 2 or 3pm. Normal start is 6 but they need overlap between 1st and 2nd.
