Responsibilities
- Install, troubleshoot, service, and program/commission security and access control devices.
- Install door hardware (mag locks, electric strikes, etc.).
- Install, service, and troubleshoot CCTV systems.
- Read and interpret access control and CCTV blueprints.
- Work safely on ladders/lifts (comfortable with heights).
- Support additional low voltage systems as needed at commercial and industrial sites (schools, hospitals, offices, warehouses, etc.).
Requirements
- 3+ years of commercial installation experience (access control/CCTV).
- Working knowledge of telecom and data networks.
- Programming experience in access control and CCTV a plus.
- Manufacturer certifications, BICSI, Lift, and OSHA certifications a plus.
- Basic hand tools and PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, steel-toe boots).
- Experience working on the road. Open to travel to job sites within Indianapolis, IN as needed.
