Position Summary
The Assembly Technician is responsible for assembling high-quality LED lighting products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role ensures products meet company standards for safety, quality, and efficiency while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities

Assemble LED lighting components and sub-assemblies according to work instructions and engineering specifications

Operate hand tools, power tools, and light machinery safely and efficiently

Perform visual and functional inspections to ensure product quality

Follow standardized work procedures and safety guidelines

Maintain accurate production records and documentation

Identify and report defects, equipment issues, or process concerns

Maintain a clean and organized work area (5S standards)

Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals
Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred
- Previous retail or fast-food restaurant experience preferred

Ability to read and interpret work instructions and basic technical documents

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Basic math and measurement skills

Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Physical Requirements

Ability to stand for extended periods

Frequent use of hands for assembling small components

Ability to lift up to 30 lbs as needed

Good vision (with or without correction) for detailed assembly work
