Responsibilities
- Pull, terminate, and test CAT6 cabling in a data center environment
- Assist with rack & stack, cabinet installation, and equipment mounting
- Dress and organize cabling to meet data center standards and cleanliness requirements
- Support installation and buildout of network infrastructure and structured cabling systems
- Follow detailed processes and procedures required for data center work
- Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites
- Work safely on ladders and lifts (comfortable with heights)
Requirements
- 1+ years of structured cabling or low voltage experience
- Experience with CAT6 pulling, terminating, and testing
- Comfortable working with racks, cabinets, and equipment installs
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
- Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
- Willingness to learn and grow in a data center environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a data center environment
- Familiarity with rack & stack and cabinet installations
- Experience with cable management and structured cabling standards
- OSHA or lift certifications
Schedule
Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM start
Primarily first shift, with opportunity for overtime and occasional night work
