Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) across multiple construction projects
- Perform and oversee quality control inspections, audits, and reporting
- Monitor project quality issues and ensure timely resolution and corrective actions
- Evaluate construction processes, materials, and workmanship to ensure compliance with specifications and codes
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce defects
- Oversee site inspections, testing procedures, and audit processes
- Maintain accurate documentation including test results, inspections, and non-conformance reports
- Prepare and present quality reports to stakeholders and leadership
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (ISO, ASTM, ACI, OSHA, and local codes)
- Lead, train, and mentor quality control teams across project sites
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to resolve quality concerns
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies
- Support training of field teams on quality standards and documentation processes
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Business, or related field
(or 7+ years equivalent experience) - 5–7+ years of construction quality management experience
- Experience with large-scale construction projects required
- Data center or telecommunications experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and quality processes
- Familiarity with industry standards (ISO, ASTM, ACI, OSHA, etc.)
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience with quality management systems and reporting tools
Certifications:
- OSHA 30 (Required)
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (Required)
- Certified Construction Quality Manager (CQM) (Preferred)
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (Preferred)
- ACI or ASTM certifications (Preferred)
