Next Level Technician is seeking an experienced Construction Safety Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring extensive construction industry experience and a proven track record of implementing, managing, and leading safety programs at the highest level.
Qualifications
- Education & Certification

Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Safety, Occupational Health, or related field.
- Certified Safety Professional (CSP) designation as recognized by the Board of Certified Safety Professionals .

- Experience

Minimum of 12 years of construction industry experience .

At least 2 years of relevant construction experience post-CSP certification.

Minimum 10 years of full-time safety responsibilities within the construction industry.

- Specialized Training
-
Completion of OSHA 500 Basic Instructor Course in Occupational Safety and Health Standards for the Construction Industry.

Completion of the 30-Hour Occupational Safety and Health Training Course in Construction Safety and Health .

- Knowledge & Skills

At least 3 years of direct, relevant knowledge of safety and health rules/regulations specific to construction hazards.

Strong leadership, communication, and training skills with the ability to engage and influence teams.

Demonstrated ability to develop, implement, and enforce comprehensive safety programs.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the on-site authority for safety and health compliance.

Develop, implement, and monitor safety programs and policies to ensure regulatory compliance.

Conduct training, inspections, and audits to identify and mitigate risks.

Provide expert guidance on hazard recognition, accident prevention, and regulatory requirements.

Collaborate with project managers, supervisors, and field teams to promote a strong safety culture.
