Shift:
1st: 7am - 3:30pm Mon - Fri
2nd: 3:15pm - 11:15pm (20 min unpaid lunch) Mon - Fri ($3 shift Prem)
3rd: 10:45pm-7:15am (30 min unpaid lunch) Sun - Th ($3.50 shift prem)
General Responsibilities
In this position you’ll set up and operate auto feeders (buffers and draw presses) auto buff machines, rotary and single head sanders, hydraulic presses, hilite sunray machines, brazers, and quick change, draw presses, impact presses and machines which apply satin or edge finish to a variety of parts and also polishes oil cores.
Primary Duties

Start up machinery required for production
-
Install, position, adjust, align, and remove tooling and machine parts as needed

Change belts, finishing wheels, and other machine components
-
Make in-process and final adjustments to ensure quality standards are met

Hold and manipulate parts against wheels to achieve proper satin or polished finishes

Operate sanding, polishing, and finishing machines by loading and unloading mandrels, dies, and chucks

Maintain and service equipment and tooling; take corrective action when necessary

Inspect products for flaws, scratches, finish quality, and other defects

Perform minor lubrication as required

Refill coolant tanks and operate oil fill stations

Move materials to and from work areas

Perform duties of Cookware Operator – Grades 9 and 11 as needed

Keep a clean and safe work area

Maintain washers
