Next Level Technician is urgently hiring Data Center Project Managers for a long-term opportunity in Richmond, VA for $20 - $25 per hour based on experience.
Data Center Project Managers at Next Level Technician will be working at a variety of Commercial and Industrial sites. These sites can include schools, hospitals, offices, retail stores, and industrial plants and warehouses. Each site and scope of work will be unique and add to the skillset and knowledge of the Data Center Project Managers!

Data Center Project Manager Responsibilities:
- Plan Projects: Develop detailed project plans covering scope, schedule, and budget.
- Align objectives with stakeholders to ensure clarity and success.
- Lead Teams: Manage and inspire cross-functional groups—including engineers, architects, contractors, and vendors—to achieve project goals.
- Control Budgets: Oversee budgets, track spending, and ensure resources are allocated effectively while maintaining cost control.
- Mitigate Risks: Identify potential challenges early, develop mitigation strategies, and uphold strict compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Ensure Quality: Monitor construction activities, conduct inspections, and verify adherence to design specifications and quality benchmarks.
- Communicate Clearly: Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership and stakeholders, keeping everyone aligned.
- Manage Vendors: Evaluate and select contractors, negotiate contracts, and maintain strong relationships with external partners.
