Next Level Technician is actively hiring Electronic Security Technicians in Gainesville, FL, and surrounding areas!
We're looking for experienced technicians with hands-on experience installing, servicing, troubleshooting, and maintaining electronic security systems, including access control, CCTV/video surveillance, intrusion detection, and related low voltage security infrastructure .

Responsibilities
Install, service, troubleshoot, and maintain electronic security systems, including access control, CCTV, and intrusion detection systems
Install and troubleshoot card readers, mag locks, electric strikes, door contacts, request-to-exit devices, and related door hardware
Install, configure, and troubleshoot IP cameras, NVRs, DVRs, and video surveillance equipment
Perform device programming, system configuration, testing, and commissioning based on experience
Install, terminate, label, and troubleshoot low voltage cabling supporting electronic security systems
Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, floor plans, and security system layouts
Troubleshoot network connectivity, device communication, and system performance issues
Work safely on ladders and lifts while following job site safety procedures
Support electronic security installations in commercial and industrial environments
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of hands-on commercial electronic security installation experience
Experience installing and troubleshooting access control and/or CCTV systems
Familiarity with electronic door hardware, security devices, and low voltage wiring
Working knowledge of IP networking, telecommunications, and data infrastructure
Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical specifications
Experience with security system programming and commissioning is a plus
Familiarity with platforms such as LenelS2, Genetec, Software House, Avigilon, Axis, or similar systems is a plus
Manufacturer certifications, BICSI, OSHA, and lift certifications are preferred
Basic hand tools and required PPE, including hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, and safety-toe boots
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to project sites throughout Florida as needed
