Ready to take the lead? As a Foreman at Next Level Technician , you'll be the boots-on-the-ground leader making sure our network infrastructure projects run smoothly, safely, and ahead of schedule. You’ll work closely with the Project Manager and lead our crews to deliver high-quality installs in dynamic, fast-paced environments.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and coordinate crews on-site for low voltage cabling and infrastructure projects

  • Track milestones, manage labor, and keep productivity on point

  • Ensure site safety and quality standards are always met

  • Communicate directly with the Project Manager for updates and progress reports

  • Partner with QAQC and Field Engineers to review work before turnover

  • Coach Leads on performance, training, and compliance with customer standards

  • Manage materials, timelines, and support the adoption of new tech

  • Jump into customer meetings when needed to represent your team

What You Bring:

  • 5+ years’ experience in low voltage installs and infrastructure leadership

  • Experience leading multiple crews on complex job sites

  • Strong planning and time management skills

  • Proficiency in blueprints, portmaps, and Microsoft Office

  • Knowledge of copper and fiber systems, certifications a plus (BICSI, FOA, etc.)

  • Excellent communication and leadership instincts

  • Safety-first mindset with an eye for quality and detail

Physical Requirements:

  • Walk, bend, lift (up to 50 lbs), pull cable, and climb ladders

  • Comfortable on your feet and working with your hands all day
