Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage low voltage installation crews across multiple commercial job sites
- Coordinate project scheduling, manpower, and job progress to ensure on-time completion
- Supervise installation of structured cabling, access control, CCTV, fire alarm, and related systems
- Review project plans, blueprints, and system layouts before and during installation
- Ensure quality control and adherence to company standards and industry best practices
- Work closely with project managers, sales teams, and customers to support project execution
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve field issues
- Support troubleshooting of complex system installations and integrations
- Enforce safety compliance and OSHA site requirements across all crews
- Provide leadership, training, and mentorship to technicians and foremen
- Track project updates and communicate status reports to leadership and stakeholders
Requirements:
- 5+ years of commercial low voltage installation experience (access control, CCTV, structured cabling, fire alarm preferred)
- 2+ years of supervisory or management experience leading field teams
- Strong knowledge of low voltage systems, installation standards, and troubleshooting practices
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Experience with systems such as Genetec, LenelS2, Software House, Avigilon, Brivo, Verkada (preferred)
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- OSHA certification, manufacturer training, or industry certifications are a plus
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites throughout the San Antonio area
