Responsibilities:
Lead and support onsite low voltage technicians, ensuring high-quality workmanship and safety standards
Manage daily project tasks and help keep installations on schedule
Oversee and perform installation, termination, dressing, and labeling of CAT5/CAT6 cabling
Work with fiber connectivity and data/network infrastructure
Punch down voice and data jacks, ensuring secure and reliable connections
Install and work with patch panels, cable trays, and related network equipment
Install cameras and related low voltage equipment
Interpret and work from blueprints, system layouts, and technical drawings
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on-site as needed
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of hands-on commercial or industrial low voltage, structured cabling, or network experience
Proven experience leading crews or working in a lead technician role
Strong working knowledge of telecom, data, and network infrastructure
BICSI experience or certification highly preferred
Fiber connectivity experience and/or certifications
Experience with CAT5/CAT6, punch-downs, RJ45 crimpers, patch panels, and cable trays
Camera installation experience
Manufacturer certifications are a plus
Must possess basic hand tools and required PPE
No travel currently required for temporary employees
