Logistics & Warehouse Associate
$26–$30/hr | Full-Time
Next Level Technician is seeking a Logistics & Warehouse Associate to support day-to-day warehouse operations, inventory management, material handling, and logistics coordination. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working with computers and Microsoft Office, and experienced with warehouse equipment.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily warehouse and logistics operations
- Receive, organize, track, and distribute materials and equipment
- Create and maintain accurate inventory sheets and tracking documents
- Enter and update inventory information using computer systems
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite for reporting, documentation, and inventory management
- Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing materials
- Operate an electric pallet jack to safely move materials throughout the warehouse
- Assist with loading, unloading, staging, and organizing materials
- Ensure the warehouse remains clean, organized, and properly stocked
- Communicate inventory needs, discrepancies, and material requirements to leadership
- Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse best practices
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, logistics, or material handling experience preferred
- Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience creating and maintaining inventory sheets
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, data entry, and digital inventory systems
- Previous electric pallet jack experience required
- Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to safely lift, move, and organize materials as needed
- Reliable, dependable, and safety-conscious
