Responsibilities:
-
Pull, terminate, dress, and label CAT6/CAT6A cable
- Pull, terminate and test fiber optic cabling. Fusion splicing experience is a PLUS
-
Test installed cable (Fluke or similar testers)
-
Punch down voice and data jacks
-
Install racks, patch panels, cable trays, cabinets, MDF/IDF, etc.

Work safely on ladders/lifts (comfortable with heights)

Read and interpret blueprints/system layouts
Requirements:
- 5+ years commercial/industrial low voltage experience
- Installation experience of Valcom speaker systems is a PLUS

Experience with structured cabling, voice/data, or security systems preferred

BICSI, Lift, and OSHA certifications a plus

Basic hand tools and PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, steel-toe boots)

Working knowledge of telecom/data networks

Willingness to travel to job sites within Texas as needed
