Low Voltage Cable Technician – Rock Hill, SC
Join Next Level Technician as a Low Voltage Cable Technician in Rock Hill, SC! We're looking for reliable, motivated technicians to support commercial structured cabling projects throughout the Rock Hill and surrounding Charlotte-area market.

Responsibilities
- Pull, route, dress, label, and terminate CAT5e/CAT6 cabling
- Terminate data jacks and patch panels
- Install J-hooks, cable supports, and pathway systems
- Install and dress racks, cabinets, and patch panels
- Assist with MDF/IDF buildouts
- Test and troubleshoot installed cabling
- Read and follow prints, floor plans, and cable layouts
- Maintain clean and professional cable management
- Work safely from ladders and lifts as required
- Support fiber, access control, CCTV, and other low voltage installations depending on project needs
- Follow OSHA and site-specific safety requirements
Requirements
- Previous commercial low voltage or structured cabling experience preferred
- Experience pulling and terminating CAT5e/CAT6
- Familiarity with racks, patch panels, J-hooks, and cable pathways
- Ability to use basic low voltage hand and power tools
- Ability to read a tape measure and follow project layouts
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a crew
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
- Ability to work safely in an active commercial construction environment
- Basic hand tools and required PPE
- OSHA 10, Lift, BICSI, and other industry certifications are a plus
