Low Voltage Cable Technician – Spartanburg, SC
Next Level Technician is hiring Low Voltage Cable Technicians in Spartanburg, SC.
Pay: Up to $25/hr DOE + Significant Overtime Opportunities
Responsibilities
- Pull, route, dress and label CAT5e/CAT6 cabling
- Terminate jacks and patch panels
- Install racks, cabinets, J-hooks and cable pathway
- Assist with MDF/IDF buildouts
- Test and troubleshoot structured cabling
- Read and follow prints and layouts
- Maintain clean, professional installations
- Follow jobsite safety requirements
Requirements
- Commercial structured cabling experience
- CAT5e/CAT6 installation experience
- Experience with terminations and cable management
- Basic low voltage hand tools and PPE
- Reliable transportation
- Ability and willingness to work significant overtime
- OSHA 10 / Lift certifications preferred
- Fiber experience is a plus
