Next Level Technician is urgently hiring Low Voltage Customer Service Representatives (CSR)
for a long-term opportunity in Nashville TN
for ($23-$26) per hour based on experience.
This role focuses on providing exceptional support for a variety of low-voltage systems, including security, fire alarms, telecommunications, audiovisual equipment, and other related technologies. The CSR will coordinate with clients, project managers, and field technicians to ensure service excellence from start to finish.

Professionally address client questions, concerns, and service needs related to low-voltage systems.

Collaborate with project managers to schedule installations, maintenance, and repairs.

Coordinate with field technicians and internal teams to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.

Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, service requests, and project updates.

Create and manage work orders/service tickets.

Provide clear and consistent communication to clients regarding project timelines, progress, and next steps.

Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a low-voltage, electrical, or technical service industry.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency with scheduling and ticketing software is a plus.

Knowledge of low-voltage systems is preferred but not required—training will be provided.
