Responsibilities
Install, terminate, and test copper and fiber optic cabling.
Perform structured cabling installations within data center environments.
Install cable trays, ladder racks, J-hooks, and cable management systems.
Pull, route, dress, and label low-voltage cabling.
Assist with rack and stack installations and equipment mounting.
Read and interpret blueprints, floor plans, and cabling diagrams.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Follow all project-specific safety requirements and procedures.
Qualifications
Previous data center, structured cabling, or low-voltage experience preferred.
Experience with Cat5e, Cat6, Cat6A, and fiber optic cabling.
Familiarity with cable termination, testing, and troubleshooting.
Ability to work in a fast-paced data center environment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow project instructions.
Ability to lift equipment and materials as required.
Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic.
Ability to pass required background checks and drug screening.
