Low Voltage Helper – Houston & Conroe, Texas

Responsibilities:
- Assist experienced low voltage technicians with commercial installation projects
- Support the installation of structured cabling, low voltage systems, and related equipment
- Pull, route, and organize low voltage cabling including CAT5e, CAT6, and other communication cables
- Assist with cable termination, labeling, dressing, and basic testing procedures
- Help install cable pathways, racks, patch panels, and other low voltage components
- Maintain clean and organized job sites while following safety procedures
- Assist technicians with tools, materials, and equipment needed for daily installations
- Support project completion in healthcare and education environments, including hospitals and schools
- Follow direction from lead technicians and assist with troubleshooting and quality control
- Maintain professionalism while working with customers, contractors, and project teams
Requirements:
- Previous construction, electrical, telecommunications, or low voltage experience preferred but not required
- Willingness to learn and grow within the low voltage industry
- Comfortable working with hand tools and power tools
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and attention to detail
- Ability to work in commercial environments such as hospitals and schools
- Must be reliable and able to maintain consistent attendance
- Ability to lift materials, climb ladders, and perform physical tasks as needed
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Must be able to work scheduled shifts:
- 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
