Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily low voltage operations for commercial installation and service projects
- Manage project schedules, manpower planning, and field technician coordination
- Supervise installation teams working on structured cabling, access control, CCTV, and related low voltage systems
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to customer specifications
- Conduct job site visits, quality control inspections, and safety audits
- Coordinate with customers, project managers, vendors, and subcontractors throughout project lifecycles
- Review blueprints, project scopes, and timelines to ensure successful execution
- Assist with hiring, training, mentoring, and performance management of field technicians
- Monitor inventory, materials, and equipment needs for ongoing projects
- Support troubleshooting and resolution of escalated field issues as needed
- Maintain compliance with OSHA and company safety standards across all job sites
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in the low voltage industry with leadership or operations management experience
- Strong background in structured cabling, access control, CCTV, and commercial low voltage systems
- Experience managing installation teams and multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and project specifications
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Experience coordinating schedules, labor, and project timelines
- Working knowledge of telecom and data network infrastructure
- OSHA, BICSI, manufacturer certifications, or project management certifications are a plus
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, project tracking software, and reporting tools
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites throughout Louisiana as needed
