Responsibilities

Support Project Managers with day-to-day scheduling, documentation, and project tracking

Coordinate technician schedules, subcontractor assignments, and material deliveries
-
Communicate daily with field teams, vendors, and clients to keep projects moving
-
Prepare and distribute work orders, scope sheets, drawings, and jobsite instructions
-
Track materials, equipment, and inventory across multiple active job sites
-
Maintain all project documentation—timesheets, test results, daily reports, as-builts
-
Assist with billing support, change orders, purchase orders, and close-out packages
-
Help ensure quality and safety standards are followed according to TIA/BICSI/NEC guidelines
Requirements
-
1–3+ years of experience in low voltage, structured cabling, security, or AV
-
Working knowledge of CAT5e/6/6A cabling, fiber optics, labeling, testing, and pathways
-
Strong communication skills with the ability to support multiple teams at once

Ability to read construction drawings, risers, and cable pathway layouts
-
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic project tracking tools

Highly organized, detail-driven, and comfortable in both jobsite and office environments

Experience coordinating commercial crews on active construction sites

Familiarity with BICSI and TIA/EIA standards
-
Experience using Procore, PlanGrid, or similar PM software
-
Basic troubleshooting and testing experience is a plus
