Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for all project activities, ensuring clear communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams
- Oversee daily project operations, manage resources, and ensure tasks are completed on time and within budget
- Identify and resolve project roadblocks, risks, and obstacles, updating leadership as needed
- Develop, maintain, and update project schedules, budgets, and documentation
- Coordinate and manage vendors to deliver quality results and meet project deadlines
- Lead, train, and develop technicians and installers to maximize team performance and job site safety
- Ensure accurate material tracking, invoicing, and compliance with company safety policies
Requirements:
- 7+ years of project management experience (low voltage or related industry preferred)
- Industry certifications (BICSI, PMP, or manufacturer-specific certifications a plus)
- Experience with access control and cctv on automatic gate systems
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
- Proficiency with MS Office and project management software
- Experience with budgeting, billing, and operational analysis
- Additional manufacturer certifications or training are a plus
- Willingness to travel to job sites within Florida as needed.
