Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for project activities, ensuring clear communication with clients, vendors, technicians, and internal teams.
Oversee daily project operations, manage resources, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Manage low voltage and access control projects from planning through completion, maintaining quality and customer satisfaction.
Develop, maintain, and update project schedules, budgets, and documentation.
Identify and resolve project roadblocks, risks, and obstacles, communicating updates to leadership as needed.
Coordinate vendors, technicians, and installers to ensure quality work and meet project deadlines.
Monitor material tracking, project costs, billing, and invoicing.
Ensure compliance with company safety policies, project specifications, and industry standards.
Build strong client relationships while identifying opportunities to improve project delivery and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
3+ years of project management experience, preferably in the low voltage industry.
Hands-on experience with access control systems and low voltage installations .
Strong understanding of low voltage systems, project workflows, and job site operations.
Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, resources, and multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong leadership, communication, organization, and customer service skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software.
Experience coordinating technicians, subcontractors, vendors, and clients.
BICSI, PMP, or manufacturer-specific certifications are a plus.
