Next Level Technician is seeking experienced Low Voltage Technicians for projects in Washington, DC. This is a great opportunity to join a growing team with consistent work, competitive pay, and long-term potential.
Pay: $25.00–$30.00 per hour (based on experience) Responsibilities:- Pull, terminate, dress, and label CAT5e/CAT6 cable
- Test installed cabling using Fluke or similar testers
- Punch down voice and data jacks
- Install racks, patch panels, cable trays, cabinets, MDF/IDF, and related infrastructure
- Work safely on ladders and lifts (must be comfortable with heights)
- Read and interpret blueprints and system layouts
- Assist with installation and support of access control, CCTV, AV, and fiber optic systems
- 2+ years of commercial or industrial low voltage experience
- Experience with structured cabling, voice/data, or security systems preferred
- BICSI, Lift, and OSHA certifications are a plus
- Basic hand tools and PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, steel-toe boots)
- Working knowledge of telecom and data networks
- Willingness to travel to job sites within the region as needed
