Logistics Associate – Warehouse & Inventory Operations

Next Level Technician is urgently hiring Logistics Associates for a long-term opportunity in Columbus, OH. Earn $25–$29 per hour based on experience while supporting large-scale commercial and industrial projects through warehouse operations, inventory management, and material coordination.
Logistics Associates at Next Level Technician play a critical role in ensuring materials, equipment, and supplies are available to support active projects. This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment while building a long-term career in logistics, supply chain, and construction support.
Job Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities:
- Process incoming and outgoing shipments by preparing, loading, and verifying orders
- Pull materials, pack shipments, stage deliveries, and organize inventory for project needs
- Maintain accurate inventory levels by collecting stock requests and documenting material movement
- Ensure warehouse organization by keeping shelves, pallet areas, and workstations clean and orderly
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
- Complete required reports and accurately enter inventory and shipment data
- Follow all company safety procedures, warehouse standards, and quality expectations
- Work closely with project teams and suppliers to ensure materials are delivered on time
- Participate in ongoing training and contribute to continuous process improvements
Requirements:
- Previous warehouse, logistics, or inventory experience preferred
- Forklift operating experience required
- Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills
- Basic computer and data entry experience
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and work in a warehouse environment
- Dependable with strong attention to detail and quality
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Strong work ethic and commitment to workplace safety
