Warehouse experience is not needed. This is not a job where they would be on a forklift.
Hours: 6-2 Monday - Thursday & 5:30-1:30 Fridays.
Would prefer the candidate comes to the warehouse and checks it out before committing to the job.

Packaging of finished cheese product.

Employees are responsible for taking large molds of cheese and cutting them into more manageable cheese bricks, using cheese string. (A fair amount of upper body strength is required.) The smaller manageable bricks of cheese (5- 20 lbs) are placed through machines where they are fed through a hoper and are further processed through a cheese grater or shredder. This cheese is packaged into pre weighed amounts. Employee is responsible for boxing repackaged cheese. Boxing and palletizing. Responsible for initial quality control of product.

Previous warehouse experience a plus. One year work history necessary. Personal Protective Equipment and/or Dress Code Requirements

Prolonged standing, repetitive Bending, twisting, and hand work required. Must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 lbs, frequently lift/move up to 25 lbs, occasionally lift/more up to 50- 75 lbs. Frequently required to reach above and below shoulder level, sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel/squat, crouch, crawl, and walk. Must be able to work in cold environment.
