General Responsibilities

Primary Duties
Verify order notes for correct item number, product, and ink color.
Set up and insert molds into the printing machine.
Gather and prepare ink using PMS color codes or request specific shades.
Configure the printing machine with the appropriate ink.
Conduct quality tests on molds, inks, and finished products in coordination with the printing manager.
Operate the printing machine to produce printed products.
Clean and maintain printing equipment, molds, and related tools after each ink change or at the end of each shift.
Requirements
Ability to lift and handle materials weighing up to 50 pounds on an occasional basis (several times per shift).
Capable of standing, walking, and performing manual tasks for entire shift durations, typically up to 8 hours.
Warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred, with a focus on manual labor tasks and equipment handling.
Additional Information
Must wear casual work attire such as jeans and a clean shirt; no loose clothing, sleeveless shirts, or shorts.
The department or work area will be the manufacturing/production floor.
Mandatory overtime may be required based on production needs.
