Primary Duties:
	Hooking- • Separating 50lbs frozen meat blocks with a meat hook. • Lift frozen meat and load into food processing to be cut. Mixer- • Loading product into processor to mix with frozen meat. • Mix material with frozen meat with a big mixing tool. Pusher- • Using a cutting tool to cut dog treats to size according to customer specifications • Fill metal racks with plastic screens with meat strips. • Push/Taking metal racks into and out of ovens that are 175° Dumper- • Scraping cooked dog treats from a plastic screen. • Dumping cooked products into bins to be sent for packaging • Cleaning up work stations and facility after every shift including sweeping, shoveling excess product into bins for disposal, and scraping excess product off of trays and tables






Physical Requirements:
l	Must be able to lift up to 50lbs frequently throughout the entire shift
l	Must be able to push up to 300lbs frequently throughout the entire shift
l	Must be able to bend, stoop, and reach frequently throughout the entire shift
l	Must be able to stand and walk the entire shift
Capabilities and/or Experience Required:
l	Previous food manufacturing experience preferred

l	Safety glasses ( Not needed )
l	Hair net (Provided by Phelps)
l	Rubber gloves (Provided by Phelps)
l	Rubber boots (Provided by Phelps)
