General Responsibilities:
This fabrication position offers opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment within the construction industry. It involves operating and inspecting machinery, ensuring quality standards are met, and supporting production processes to meet company goals.
Primary Duties:
- Feed semi-finished goods into manufacturing equipment.
- Separate finished products and inspect for proper spacing and glue leaks.
- Load materials into carts or boxes for further processing.
- Inspect and count parts for quality control.
- Perform basic data entry related to production and quality metrics.
- Maintain flexibility in work hours, including overtime, occasional Saturdays, and early start times.
- Collaborate closely with team members to ensure smooth production flow.
- Execute tasks that involve twisting, bending, reaching overhead, and other physical movements required for assembly.
- Maintain a keen eye for detail, ensuring color accuracy and high-quality finishes; must not be color blind.
- Follow safety protocols diligently—including wearing steel-toe boots—and uphold a clean and organized workspace.
Requirements:
- Must wear PPE including gloves, ear plugs, safety glasses, and steel toe work boots.
- Ability to work on-site with minimal experience required; training provided.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly during shifts.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends as needed.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential; we value engagement and a positive work ethic.
- Willingness to train across various production functions and support team success.
Additional Information:
