Next Level Technician is looking for a highly motivated Project Engineer to join our operations team! This position plays a vital role in supporting our Lead Technicians and Project Managers on some of the most exciting and complex structured cabling projects across the country. Ideal candidates will bring both field experience and strong administrative skills to keep projects on track and running smoothly.

What You’ll Do:

• Support day-to-day project operations by assisting Leads and Project Managers with administrative tasks.

• Order, track, and receive materials to ensure timely delivery and availability on site.

• Track labor productivity and job completion milestones to help maintain project timelines.

• Monitor and manage test results obtained in the field, ensuring all documentation is accurate and submitted.

• Serve as the key point of contact between the field and office teams, maintaining clear communication and issue resolution.

• Submit site access requests and coordinate with client representatives for employee and tester clearance.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5–7 years of experience in low voltage infrastructure, with a strong understanding of structured cabling systems.

• Field leadership experience on large commercial jobs—data center project experience preferred.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and installation plans.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel; comfortable working with Windows-based systems.

• Excellent organizational, time management, and critical thinking skills.

• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Willingness to travel and adapt quickly to new jobsite environments.
