Project Executive - Structured Cabling

Compensation:
$200K+ Total Compensation Package
(Base Salary + Bonus + Vehicle Allowance + Additional Incentives)
Position Summary
The Project Executive will oversee large-scale structured cabling and mission-critical infrastructure operations across multiple sites and programs. This role is highly execution-focused and responsible for operational leadership, field performance, labor utilization, customer relationships, scheduling, forecasting, and profitability.
The ideal candidate has extensive experience managing large field teams, subcontractors, enterprise customer accounts, and high-volume mission-critical infrastructure deployments in data center, industrial, or critical facility environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee large-scale structured cabling and mission-critical infrastructure deployments across multiple active sites
- Manage daily field operations, staffing strategy, labor utilization, and subcontractor performance
- Drive operational KPIs related to productivity, scheduling, forecasting, quality, and profitability
- Coordinate with customers, executives, project teams, and trades to ensure successful project execution
- Oversee resource allocation, schedule management, and milestone delivery across regional or national programs
- Manage billing milestones, forecasting, escalation management, and schedule recovery efforts
- Provide executive-level communication and customer relationship management for enterprise accounts
- Lead high-accountability operations in data centers, manufacturing facilities, aerospace sites, and mission-critical environments
- Develop operational strategies to improve efficiency, field execution, and overall program performance
- Support recruiting, mentoring, and development of field leadership teams
- Maintain strong focus on safety, quality, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence
Requirements
- 10+ years of leadership experience in structured cabling, low voltage infrastructure, mission-critical infrastructure, or industrial construction operations
- Proven experience managing large-scale operational programs and multi-site deployments
- Strong background in field operations leadership, labor management, and subcontractor oversight
- Experience managing $20M+ annual project/program volume
- Experience leading 50–200+ field personnel and subcontractors
- Strong understanding of structured cabling systems, critical infrastructure environments, and operational KPIs
- Excellent communication and executive-level customer management skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure operational environments
- Willingness to maintain a strong field presence and support daily operations on-site
Preferred Qualifications
- BICSI RCDD certification
- PMP certification
- OSHA 30 certification
- Lean Six Sigma experience
