Project Manager

Next Level Technician is urgently hiring a  Low Voltage Project Manager for a long-term opportunity in  Charlotte, NC area for $80,000-$110,000  per year based on experience. 

 
Low Voltage Project Manager  at Next Level Technician will be working at a variety of Commercial and Industrial sites. These sites can include schools, hospitals, offices, retail stores, and industrial plants and warehouses.  Each site and scope of work will be unique and add to the skillset and knowledge of the Low Voltage Cable Technician! 

• Manage and oversee multiple low voltage projects from start to finish

• Handle scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and progress tracking

• Conduct site walks, provide quotes, and offer technical support to field teams when needed

• Supervise in-house technicians and subcontractors (up to 10 techs per job)

• Maintain strong communication with clients and internal teams

• Ensure projects meet scope, budget, and timeline expectations

• Use tools such as Intellibid, Bluebeam, Adobe, and (preferably) Procore for documentation and management

• Travel to project sites primarily across North and South Carolina, with flexibility to travel throughout the Southeast

• 3–5 years of experience managing low voltage projects

• Hands-on experience in the field with systems such as structured cabling, access control, fire alarm, and A/V

• Proven ability to manage crews and subcontractors across multiple active job sites

• Comfortable with quoting, planning, and executing commercial/industrial projects

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Willingness and ability to travel across multiple states

• Ability to work from the office and in the field as needed
