Next Level Technician is hiring for a Regional Account Executive for long-term opportunity in Phoenix, Arizona for $75,0000-$100,000 base + commission based on experience.
Regional Account Executive at Next Level Technician will be working at a variety of Commercial and Industrial sites. These sites can include schools, hospitals, offices, retail stores, and industrial plants and warehouses. Each site and scope of work will be unique and add to the skillset and knowledge of the Regional Account Executive.

Regional Account Executive Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a go-to-market sales strategy for Arizona, targeting general contractors, developers, school districts, healthcare groups, and commercial clients.

Build relationships with existing clients and expand service offerings.

Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities across the companies expanding service portfolio (AV, Wi-Fi, Surveillance, IoT, etc.).

Respond to RFPs, negotiate proposals, and coordinate with estimators and project managers.

Track leads and opportunities through HubSpot CRM and maintain accurate sales forecasts.

Represent the company at local industry events, associations (e.g., BICSI, ASHE, AZASA), and customer meetings.

Provide regular market intelligence and competitor insights to leadership.
Regional Account Executive Requirements:

5+ years of experience in sales or business development within the low-voltage, AV, structured cabling, or physical security industries.

Strong local network across Arizona’s construction and commercial ecosystem.

Proven ability to meet or exceed $2M–$5M in annual sales quota.

Ability to speak both technical and business value with clients (school district IT directors, GCs, building managers, etc.).

Self-starter with high integrity, persistence, and coachability.

Familiar with construction sales cycles and RFP/GC bidding processes.
Nice-to-Have:

Experience working for or with an acquired company.

Familiarity with Procore, HubSpot, and MS365.

Knowledge of DAS, IoT, Managed Services, or MSP offerings.
