Safety Coordinator

• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal safety regulations
• Assist in developing and maintaining safety policies and procedures
• Help deliver safety training and promote safety awareness
• Investigate and report incidents, accidents, and near misses
• Compile incident reports and assist with corrective action plans
• Conduct regular workplace, equipment, and facility safety inspections
• Identify hazards and support senior safety leads with corrective measures
• Participate in emergency response planning and drills
• Maintain accurate documentation, including training records and incident logs
• Assist in creating and distributing safety communications
• Monitor PPE usage and availability
• Support continuous improvement in safety processes

• OSHA 30 required
• Experience completing JHA’s or JSA’s
• Less than 5 years in a safety?related role
• Site safety professional experience preferred
• Data center construction experience is a plus
• Basic understanding of safety regulations and standards
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail?oriented with strong inspection and documentation ability
• Willingness to learn and grow
• Additional safety certifications (First Aid/CPR) are a plus
