Responsibilities:

Field-Level Safety Support

• Assist with site safety inspections and compliance checks.

• Monitor active work areas for hazards and potential safety violations.

• Support the Site Safety Supervisor in verifying PPE compliance.

Documentation & Compliance Assistance

• Track safety observations, audits, and training records.

• Assist in preparing safety reports, incident documentation, and compliance forms.

• Maintain an organized database of all safety-related documentation.

Incident Response & Documentation

• Assist with incident investigations, including gathering witness statements and supporting report submissions.

• Track near misses and safety violations, escalating concerns to the Site HSE Manager as needed.

• Ensure all safety documents and compliance records are accurate and up to date.

Worker Interaction & Training Support

• Attend and assist with safety meetings, toolbox talks, and site orientations.

• Reinforce safe work practices through daily interaction with field crews.

• Support distribution of safety materials and PPE to onsite personnel.

Emergency Preparedness

• Support emergency drills and response planning activities.

• Ensure emergency equipment and first aid stations are stocked and accessible.

• Assist with training workers on evacuation routes and emergency procedures.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of safety experience in construction or industrial environments.

• OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification required.

• Working knowledge of:

  • Fall Protection

  • Mobile Elevated Work Platforms (MEWPs)

  • Electrical Safety

• Data center experience required.

• Strong understanding of safety regulations and industry best practices.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Current First Aid, CPR, AED

• Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or similar credentials
