Next Level Technician is urgently hiring a Safety Supervisors in River Ridge, IN for a long-term opportunity offering $70,000 to $85,000 annually, based on experience.

Safety Managers at Next Level Technician will play a key role in ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient operations across large-scale projects. You’ll develop, implement, and manage safety programs, conduct jobsite inspections, and provide ongoing coaching to promote a culture of safety throughout the organization.

Job Type: Full-time

Safety Manager Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage the administration of accident prevention programs

  • Create and facilitate training programs tailored to project and company needs

  • Conduct work area assessments and jobsite safety inspections focused on hazard recognition and unsafe behaviors

  • Organize and lead safety meetings to ensure effective communication between leadership and field personnel

  • Participate in regulatory agency inspections to ensure compliance with federal and state safety standards

  • Review and approve job hazard analyses for major project phases

  • Support foremen and project leadership in developing corrective action plans for safety concerns

  • Provide constructive feedback, coaching, and recognition for safe work practices

  • Oversee jobsite-specific safety orientations for new employees

  • Assist in incident investigations and facilitate injury/illness case management

  • Track safety program effectiveness through daily field walks and audits

Safety Supervisor Requirements:

  • High school diploma with 2–5 years of experience

  • Minimum 3 years in construction safety roles

  • OSHA 30 Construction Certification required

  • STS-C or higher certification required within 90 days of employment

  • Experience working with union labor is a plus

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence behaviors and build buy-in

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
