Superintendent

Next level Technician is looking for a seasoned Superintendent to lead field operations across multiple project sites with excellence. In this high-impact role, you’ll oversee technician workforce planning, enforce safety and quality standards, and collaborate closely with project managers and HR to ensure every job runs on time, on budget, and up to spec.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead workforce planning and field operations across assigned regions

• Coordinate with PMs on scheduling, materials, and project milestones

• Enforce union contract rules related to recalls, layoffs, and compliance

• Conduct regular site visits (daily, bi-weekly, or monthly based on location)

• Drive safety standards, deliver toolbox talks, and support zero-incident goals

• Track project data, timecards, test results, and “as-built” documentation

• Mentor Leads and support career growth through NLT’s field progression program

• Partner with Direct Line University to develop and improve training programs

• Build strong client relationships and uphold jobsite professionalism

What You Bring:

• 10+ years in low voltage or construction leadership roles

• Deep understanding of construction drawings, estimates, and build scopes

• OSHA 30 Certification

• Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office; AutoCAD is a plus

• Ability to lead teams, motivate technicians, and manage multiple job sites

• Willingness to travel extensively for site visits

• Exceptional communication, time management, and conflict resolution skills
