Warehouse Racking Assembler (Temporary – 6–8 Weeks)

1st Shift | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay Rate:
$20.00/hour
Position Overview:
We are seeking dependable, mechanically inclined individuals for temporary positions assembling warehouse racking at our Distribution Center in Oconomowoc. These assignments are expected to last approximately 6–8 weeks.
This role requires employees who can work independently after receiving direction from the onsite manager. While other team members will be present, the manager will be supporting another facility for much of the project. Candidates must be self-motivated, comfortable asking questions when needed, and able to follow instructions with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:

Assemble and install warehouse racking systems

Use hand tools and basic equipment safely and effectively

Follow provided instructions and safety guidelines

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Communicate questions or concerns clearly and promptly
Qualifications:

Previous racking assembly experience preferred, but not required

Mechanical aptitude required

Comfortable using hand tools

Ability to work independently and stay on task

Ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs

Strong reliability and attendance
