Pay:
$27–$35/hr (based on experience)
Schedule:
Full-time, travel 3–4 weeks at a time, home for long weekends or full weeks

Next Level Technician is seeking a motivated and experienced Low Voltage Superintendent for a nationwide traveling role. If you’re ready to lead teams, work hands-on, and travel across the U.S. to manage high-profile low-voltage installations, we want to talk to you!
What You’ll Do:

Lead and manage installations and service calls for access control , CCTV , and other low-voltage systems

Oversee the installation of head-end equipment, UPS systems, switches, patch panels, and fiber optic cable (splicing and termination)

Troubleshoot and resolve issues across systems including copper, fiber, AV, access control, and CCTV

Supervise and manage teams of 2–4 technicians , working on-site and leading by example in the field

Coordinate and plan daily, weekly, and monthly tasks with the project manager

Travel 3–4 weeks at a time to various commercial/industrial project sites, returning home for long weekends or full weeks

Work in various environments, including coolers/freezers in distribution centers— comfortable with heights and cold conditions

Ensure all projects are completed safely, on time, and in line with company and customer standards
Requirements:
- 5+ years of proven experience in low voltage systems, with hands-on expertise in access control, CCTV, fiber, and copper systems

Ability to manage teams in the field and complete hands-on installations without assistance

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for complex low-voltage issues

Experience with access control programming and systems (Hanwha, Gallagher, etc.) is a plus

Comfortable working with construction/project management software such as ProCore, Blue Beam, AccuBid, COINS, or Box

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)

Strong communication and leadership skills

Ability to work in cold conditions (coolers/freezers) and at heights (lifts)

Must have a clean driving record and reliable transportation

Flexibility to work long hours and overtime as needed while traveling
