Responsibilities:
Install and support DAS (Distributed Antenna System) infrastructure in commercial and industrial environments
Pull, route, and install DAS coaxial cable throughout commercial job sites
Perform DAS cable rough-ins and support wireless infrastructure installations
Run coaxial cable from equipment locations to signal boosters/BDA systems
Install cable pathways including J-hooks, cable tray, ladder rack, conduit, and other cable support systems
Assist with installation of DAS components including antennas, splitters, couplers, and related equipment
Terminate and secure coaxial cable connections
Pull and support additional low voltage cabling including fiber optic and Cat5e/Cat6 when needed
Read and interpret blueprints, floor plans, and installation schematics
Assist senior technicians with DAS installations, testing, and troubleshooting
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite while following quality and safety standards
Requirements:
1+ years of commercial low voltage, telecommunications, or cable installation experience preferred
Experience pulling coaxial cable, fiber optic cable, or structured cabling preferred
Experience with cable pathways, J-hooks, ladders, lifts, and basic installation practices
Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely
Ability to follow blueprints, drawings, and installation instructions
Familiarity with telecommunications, wireless infrastructure, or commercial construction environments is a plus
DAS, RF, or signal booster experience is a plus
Fiber splicing experience is a plus
Must have basic hand tools and PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, and steel-toe boots)
Willingness to travel throughout Texas as needed
