Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM – 1:00 PM (Overtime Available)

Job Summary:

NLT is seeking a dependable and motivated Warehouse Driver to join our team. This role involves early morning warehouse loading followed by local delivery of telecom materials to various job sites. A CDL is not required , but it’s a plus. Some telecom experience is preferred but not necessary—reliability and a strong work ethic are a must.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Arrive at the warehouse between 4:30–5:00 AM to begin the workday.

• Use lifts and other warehouse equipment to load telecom materials from shelves into company-supplied work van.

• Deliver materials to local job sites, ensuring timely and accurate drop-offs.

• Unload and organize deliveries according to job site requirements.

• Maintain a clean and safe vehicle; conduct daily pre- and post-trip inspections.

• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed, including restocking and organizing inventory.

• Option to work overtime when available.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record (CDL not required , but a plus).

• Some telecom or construction industry experience preferred, but not required.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate warehouse equipment (training provided).

• Must be highly reliable and eager to work —timeliness is critical, as job sites depend on prompt material deliveries.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Job Details:

• Hours: Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM to approximately 1:00 PM (with overtime available)

• Location: All deliveries are local.
