Responsibilities:

Receive inbound shipments and verify quantities, condition, and documentation

Scan and record inventory transactions with 100% accuracy (HCAP preferred)
-
Label, tag, stage, and put away materials
-
Pick, kit, and stage hardware for production and deployment
-
Prepare outbound shipments including pallet builds, shrink-wrapping, and labeling
-
Support inventory control, cycle counts, audits, and serialized asset tracking
-
Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely (where certified)
-
Maintain 5S standards , organization, and general facility support
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of warehouse, logistics, or inventory experience

Hands-on experience with receiving, picking, shipping, and putaway
-
Strong attention to detail and system accuracy
-
Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment

Reliable, punctual, and process-driven
-
Forklift certification (or ability to obtain)
Preferred Experience:

Data center hardware or technical warehouse environments

Cycle counting, audits, and serialized inventory
-
Use of handheld scanners, tablets, or inventory systems
-
Familiarity with Lean / 5S practices
